To Assess Your Leadership Team, Ask “How’s their Forward Radar?” 

I came to be CEO and Chairman of Aetna by a non-traditional path. One example of that path is my undergraduate degree in psychology, followed by 2 years of graduate training in clinical psychology and additional study in organizational psychology. In this interview with Adam Bryant of @Merrcyk&Co, I got to talk about how that knowledge helps me understand how people think. We also discussed some of my favorite subjects, including strategy & human capital.
